What is ADP Program?
Amazon
delivery point is aimed at partnering with local entrepreneurs to provide
delivery services on behalf of Amazon.
The partners
are expected to deliver packages within a 3-5 KMs radius on behalf of Amazon.
The ADP
program works on variable cost model and the partners stores are paid on per
delivery basis.

A working
day of ADP store
The ADP
store person collects the packages from Amazon exchange point at ~8 am in the
morning
Starts delivery at 8:30 am
and finishes maximum delivery by 12 noon
Re-attempts delivery at 5 pm
and finishes of all the delivery by 7 pm basis customer request
Consolidates cash and
rejected packages and wraps up everything by 7:30 pm
